This modern apartment is within walking distance to ski lifts, shops and restaurants of Les Houches. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, off road parking and all modern conveniences this is a great base to enjoy the activities of the area.

Furnished and renovated to a high modern standard in 2022 the apartment offers one permanent double bedroom and one twin/double bedroom. The beds and laundry are of a high standard and very comfortable. In the living room there is a beautiful electric fireplace, comfortable and stylish furniture a flat screen smart TV, WiFi and underfloor heating throughout. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area for up to 6 people. The whole apartment is bright and airy thanks to the many windows and South facing aspect.

The large modern kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher and all modern conveniences. There are two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath and shower.

The balcony faces the mountains of Les Houches where you can enjoy a morning coffee with sunny beautiful views.

This lovely apartment is located on Les Houches high street opposite a laundrette, a hairdresser and is a short walk to the supermarkets, shops, restaurants and ski lifts of Les Houches village.

The views are wonderful from the apartment and balcony and access to Chamonix Mont Blanc is very easy by car, bus or train being only 15 minutes drive.

Alternatively please ask us and we can help arrange airport and in-resort transfers for the duration of your stay.

Geneva airport is 1 hour drive.
