Chalet Narnia is a luxury chalet with hot tub 5 minutes drive from the ski lifts.
This special four bedroom chalet is located in the typically pretty alpine village of Vaudagne, on the edge of Les Houches, 5 minutes drive from the nearest ski lift, shops and restaurants.
Chalet Narnia was chosen for it's unique location and has been renovated to a high standard now providing four spacious bedrooms set out over the upper two floors.
The chalet is set in its own extensive grounds and has magical views across to the Chaine de Fiz mountains and down to the twinkling lights of Servoz village far below.
The name Chalet Narnia was inspired by the thick snow on the pine trees all around the chalet lit by the lamp posts at night.
The setting of the chalet is fantastic and would be ideal for families, groups or a romantic chalet retreat.
The owners are on site in the ground floor apartment and are available to answer any questions you may have and deal with any problems that may arise. Your hosts will also clear the snow and maintain the hot tub during your stay except in summer when they are often away. Your privacy is assured.

Description
At Chalet Narnia the accommodation is set out on the first and second floors of the chalet and has been sympathetically refurbished to create a roomy and modern chalet whilst retaining the traditional alpine feel.
The living area has a fantastic picture window with amazing views and all the rooms on the first floor have access onto the balcony that runs around the chalet.
In the spacious living area there is a modern Hi Fi, flat screen TV with UK satellite and French terrestrial channels, DVD player with a large DVD collection and some board games. There is wireless internet access throughout the chalet.
Chalet Narnia is underfloor heated throughout the first floor and there is an open wood fire in the living area keeping the chalet warm and welcoming in winter. Wood for the fire is provided at no extra cost. In summer the whole living area has access to the large balcony that runs around the chalet through a number of french windows providing a light and airy space. On the balcony you will find a large gas BBQ, tables and seating and of course the wonderful views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 5 ring hob, 2 ovens and a microwave. The dining area can seat 8 people but the chalet can accommodate up to 10.
On the ground floor there is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer and a 3rd separate toilet. Additional towels are also provided for the hot tub.
Outside the chalet is surrounded by a very large garden with a stream running through it , a second BBQ, ski locker and sun loungers.
On the large sun deck there is an 8 man hot tub available for use all year and additional seating.

Where is Chalet Narnia?
Location
You can see the exact location of Chalet Narnia on Google maps.
The new Prarion ski lift taking you up to the Les Houches ski area is only 3 minutes drive away enabling speedy access to the ski slopes in winter and world-class downhill mountain biking in the summer.
Chamonix town centre is only about 15 minutes drive away.
If you want to go walking you simply step out of the front door into the meadows and you are on the trails that run throughout the Mont Blanc Massif range of mountains around Les Houches and St Gervais.
The location of Chalet Narnia is very quiet and peaceful surrounded by the forest and fields. There is very little traffic on the small roads and the Route de Vaudagne is great for road biking.
In winter snow coats the land around and in summer you can hear the cow bells and smell the wild flowers.
