Le chalet, en bonne partie rénové, offre un très bon confort : chambres
cosy, pièce à vivre agréable, un garage bien équipé et pratique pour
stocker, joli jardin. Et surtout une vue imprenable sur le Mont-Blanc et
l'Aiguille du Midi !
Aucun problème de réservation.

Lovely chalet in a good location.
This Chalet was lovely. We were a family of 4 but there was plenty of
space for 6 or even 8 with the 2 bathrooms. The view from the chalet is
superb with the Aguille de midi and Mont Blanc in sight above you and
the Brevant side also viewable from the terrace. We liked the location
of the chalet as it is a mile away from Chamonix and the centre of Les
Houches which meant it was peaceful after a busy day in the throngs in
the centre of Chamonix.

Great chalet in a fantastic location.
We had a great time staying at the chalet, which is very comfortable,
well equipped and with spectacular views, especially in the evening!
Would definitely come back again.

Nous avons profité du chalet en long week-end fin juin 2016. On s'y est
senti super bien, au pieds du Mont Blanc, on était vraiment à la
montagne !
Le chalet est superbe, tout en bois, beau carrelage en granit, grand
barbecue au gaz, prestations de bon niveau.
On a juste regretté que la TV ne marche pas bien en période d'Euro 2016.
Par ailleurs, il y a une grande mezzanine avec un lit double, elle
donne au dessus de la cuisine, faut sélectionner les bonnes personnes !
On n'a pas rencontré le propriétaire mais on s'est arrangé.

We arrived at the chalet and were really impressed, especially with the
interior. Exquisitely decorated with some great detailing. We booked the
chalet for our family skiing holiday, 3 adults and 4 small kids.
The chalet itself is in a great location with stunning views right
across the Chamonix valley. During our stay the chalet was bathed in
sunshine so we made full use of the great sunny balconies.
Inside, the kitchen is well equipped, nice big fridge/freezer and the
lounge is inviting and warm with great open plan living. It has a lovely
wood burning fireplace but we didn’t actually need to use it during our
stay.
The bedrooms are all of a very good size with very comfortable beds and
lots of storage and the underfloor heating throughout, kept us all
toasty and warm.
The two good sized bathrooms are also tastefully done with plenty of
piping hot water any time you need it. The mezzanine bedroom is
particularly nice with a great relaxing feel to it.
Wi-Fi / internet was rock solid so had no issues with internet access,
and the smart TV in the lounge made entertaining the kids nice and easy
on bad weather days.
The chalet also has a great garden which the kids could actually sled
in, and even had a kids swing for them to play on. The useful boot room/
boiler room is great for storing luggage and perfect for taking off all
your wet things after skiing. It also has a washing machine and tumble
dryer which was very handy. The nice big driveway made parking our big
van a breeze too.
It is located at the top of a quiet road but is also very quick and easy
to get to the main road into Chamonix centre with good access to public
transport.
Corin and Claire were great hosts and made sure we had everything we
needed to have a great stay, which we did.
Awesome, can’t wait to go back!

This Chalet was cozy and in such an amazing location. Just a few minutes away from a grocery store and the town of Chamonix. Views are stunning and feels very private. Would stay again.

Chalet correspondant parfaitement à sa description . Un hôte d’une grande reactivite . Un emplacement parfaitement adapte à toutes activités (skis , randos, raquettes , visites , etc ... ) notamment quand les routes sont dégagées car véhicule nécessaire (chamonix a 10mn , St Gervais a 15mn , les Houches centre à 5mn). Très confortable avec son chauffage au sol et son insert avec bois fourni . Bref , une adresse à retenir et parfaitement adaptée à 6 personnes .

Tres beau chalet, propre et avec une belle vue sur l'aiguille du midi et le Mont Blanc! Idéal pour grande famille ou 4 couples.
